Summary
Elphaba and Glinda didn’t mean to fall into something real. It started with a shared project, a road trip across Oz to document queer history. The plan was simple: visit sacred spaces, collect stories, take notes, and move on. But nothing stays simple when you’re sharing motel beds, getting drunk under fairy lights, and folding laundry side by side.
Elphaba has always kept people at arm’s length, too green and too strange to be let in. Glinda’s been adored her whole life but rarely seen. Somewhere between quiet archives and roadside diners, they start to unravel together. They laugh, they bicker, they flirt without fully meaning to, until they do. And then it’s real. It's messy, awkward, slow-burning, and full of heart.
It’s not about where the road takes them. It’s about who they become while getting there.

Disclaimer, I do run my stuff through Chat GPT to help with grammar and sentence structure, but the dialogue and ideas are always mine. If that is going to make you crash out, pls kindly exit stage right.
I write my stories for me and as an outlet for the stress I have in my daily life (and maybe to cope with the true ending of Wicked).
I don’t post my work for attention and I frankly couldn’t care less who reads it or not.
With that being said, enjoy! This is dedicated to my best friend who has gotten me through the most stressful year of my life :)

Summary
Galinda glided across the room, spinning theatrically as she went until she made it to her vanity. Her fingers hovered over several different bottles, and her eyebrows were furrowed in concentration, but they shot up when she found the bottle she was looking for. She spoke absentmindedly to Elphaba even as she spread the substance from the bottle over her face, saying something about how she should *never* underestimate the purpose of proper moisturization. She glanced over at Elphaba with one eyebrow cocked and a slight smirk, and, well, whatever she was saying went right between Elphaba’s legs. She could already feel herself straining against her underwear.
OR
Galinda comes out of the shower with a silky nightgown on, and Elphaba is deeply affected. Galinda notices and offers to help.

She took a deep breath and pushed the door open, the hinges groaning softly in protest. The room was dark, the candles she had lit earlier now mere whispers of their former light.
The first thing she noticed was the sound. It was a soft, rhythmic noise that seemed to fill the space, a sound she didn't recognize at first. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust, and when they did, she saw Galinda.
