Summary
From where Billy Kid is standing, it's starting to look an awful lot like Nicole Demara has developed feelings for Eous the Bangboo. If only Billy Kid was clever enough to connect the dots.
or
The one where The Cunning Hares can't make sense of why Nicole is flirting with Eous, and they jump to all the wrong conclusions.

Hey there, it’s your lucky day today because it’s Saaaaaaara Grey! Leave a message after the tone, or I dunno, call later maybe, but no matter what you do, don’t dial my sister because she’s a ginger and she has a really bad temper and she’ll throw a fit! Anyways, I’m listening.
Seventy-two saved wireless voice messages, from Jean Grey to Sara Grey.

Summary
Revolution and hot-curling anger curled in Bob’s gut as he stared at Yelena. He knew, without knowing how, that the person standing in front of them wasn’t Yelena. His Yelena. Not when she smiled, all teeth and not a single ounce of warmth at all.
“Woah,” she whispered, giggling as her gaze drifted slowly across the room—past them, through them, taking in something none of them could see. She shook her head, loose and disbelieving, a lock of blonde hair falling across her face. “Let me tell you, you do not want to be in this head. Oh, she’s got issues.”
Or: AU-divergent where Jean Grey—in an effort to find V-Max—decided to jump into Yelena’s body and cause terror on Bob and the rest of the New Avengers (Contains spoilers for the movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day).

Summary
!**SPOILERS FOR SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY**!
In the memory that he and Jean had shared, the sun had been warm against his skin. It had smelled like his old room at May’s. Like laundry, old paint, Bath and Bodywork candles, a metallic tinge of soldering. He had looked at Jean in that afternoon sun and he had known her. He knew the contours of her soul and the shape of her thoughts and the deep, deep, gaping hole inside of her. He had shown her the void inside of him and they had known each other down to their bones. It had meant something and of course she’d leave, it made the most sense for both of them. But it still broke Peter’s stupid soft heart which does nothing ever but break over and over.
“Where is Jean?” Peter asks, his eyes still closed.
He already knows the answer. She’s on a park bench in autumn. She’s on a bus watching beams of sunlight slip through the trees. She’s slipping through his fingers like May, like Ned and MJ, like Mr. Stark, like Ben. He’ll never find her again. She’s gone.
But Frank huffs again. Which is not the response Peter expected.
_____
or
Jean doesn't leave.
