    Absolutely phenomenal series exploring how traumatic the events RoTS were for Anakin & Obi-Wan respectively and them both having to live with everything that happened then even if technically all the events have been reset. Plo Koon in this was great aswell.

    Seeing this Revolution Mindset Sasuke plopped into the past is really interesting given the Warring States Era is before the Village System Sasuke (rightfully) despises, yet the child soldier aspect is still there causing this situation where Sasuke can’t just blame the Village System for everything being rotten.

    Speaking of rotten, man. Naruto (well, more Kurama) calling Sasuke out for that shit was so on point. That Fox is truly perceptive. Poor Naruto stewing in his own depression/loss though, not a fun time. Atleast he snaps outta it.

    Also. I love how Sasuke interacts with the other Uchiha’s. He’s trying to be all calculating but he just ends up revealing more then he should with his all too emotional heart. They all just wanna help his clearly traumatized ass.

    Oh Snape. Not realizing the effect she has at ALL lol. Incredibly funny seeing things from her unreliable POV though as she gets all these people suctioned into her orbit.

    Don’t blame her tho for being so focused on making bank and getting incredibly proficient with magic. I’d do the same in her position too, who wouldn’t abuse future knowledge to get mega-rich? Legit nobody. Alas, it does lead to her skewed perspective on things.

    Love Regulus & Tom’s dynamic in this. They really are such a duo. I love these 2 running around on a consulates Horcrux quest and manipulating the war in the backdrop without anyone being any the wiser. Well, anybody besides Kreacher that is. And that poor elf is wanting to bash his head in at Tom being Tom lol.

    Seeing this version of Anakin yeeted back to the past is super interesting. Yeah, he’ll behave like the biological kid he is at times, but a lot of times it’s really his adult mature post-Vader self at the wheel. It causes him to have such fascinating character dynamics with everybody he interacts with.

    Speaking of people Anakin interacts with… the Council and Obi Wan. Huh. Really enjoyed seeing how Anakin’s relationships with them were handled given the clusterfuck that was Canon.

    I also really enjoyed seeing Anakin’s dynamic w/ Asajj & Dooku. Ventress doesn’t get nearly enough appreciation imo, she’s such a complex and multi-fascitated person. Also. For Dooku here the fic is addressing the key point that Anakin late in life would have a ton of similarities as a person to Dooku. And I find their interactions really fascinating to watch when Anakin is acknowledging this truth and having such a thing influence how he goes about interacting with Dooku.
