Izuku and Katsuki have been told they're fated mates since a young age. At first, this was great for the sheep and wolf tribe. Inko stopped going to the wolf tribe because Katsuki and his new friends were bullying Izuku.
Before Katsuki's 18th birthday, the Midoriya's visit the Wolf tribe. Even though they hadn't seen each other in a while, the two mothers had agreed to wed the two, as the goddess had insisted.
The hard thing is that Izuku hasn't forgiven Katsuki for all the hurtful things that occurred when they were young. But on the other hand, Katsuki was falling deeper in love with Izuku every day just from watching him from afar.
