Shame.
What an inconsequential word. It rolled off the tongue with little effort. Izuku had heard all possible thoughts involving shame, but he'd never felt shame. He's never been ashamed of himself. Izuku had never once bothered to let a silly thing like shame sink into his bones. He couldn't afford it. Survival was paramount, and sometimes, one had to do many shameful things to get by when life only handed you heartache and hatred.
There was no time to worry about the shame of all he'd had to do just to get through another day,
even if Izuku knew in the depths of his aching chest,
he was lying to himself.

Izuku Midoriya is now a seasoned teacher at U.A. High, celebrated for his heroism but secretly haunted by the remnants of All For One. Though AFO is long dead, Izuku suffers vivid hallucinations that are his manifestations of survivors guilt, trauma, and unresolved fear. These visons intrude on his quiet moments and threaten his grip on reality. As he mentors a new generation of students, Izuku struggles to reconcile his public image with his private torment, questioning whether he truly left All For One behind.Possibly out of character and heavy cannon divergence. Ah, Izuku recognizes that. It’s a Fanboy Look. That needs to be dispelled as soon as possible.
“Stuck it down the garbage disposal,” he replies blandly. The man chokes a little. “I was mad at Player One and he doesn’t like it when I hurt myself, so I just shoved my whole arm in there. Quick and efficient way to lose a lot of blood, lemme tell you. Got some on the ceiling. Then when I woke up I drank an entire bottle of cheap tequila and felt sorry for myself.”
The man (Dabi, he said?) stares at him, openmouthed.
“Also, I’m only fourteen, and I’ve had enough of sex for at least a year, so don’t try anything. I’ll break your kneecaps.”

He stopped struggling. As much as Izuku wanted to prove All for One wrong. He was right about one thing. There was nothing more he could do. He was quirkless again. He looked up at All for One still tightly held in his grip. “Please, just kill me.”
“That would be too easy. I’m sure All Might would just love to see his successor in my employ. And I must admit you do intrigue me. A holder of One for All, fallen from grace of their own accord. Even without my intervention you had somehow found yourself here at my mercy. I do wonder what, if your seed of villainy is cultivated, a monster you might grow into.”
TLDR: Izuku gets caught up in the Tartarus prison break after discovering the commission is corrupt. All for One looks at him, realises that he has a past one for all user at his mercy, and decides that he is going to make Izuku into a villain. Izuku's trying his best, but how can he be a hero when All for One seems convinced that he's just like him?
