Someone named Killer?
As fitting as that name would have been for the previous owner of his body, he clearly remembered that he had been referred to as 'Sans' in the blurred bits of memories.
Maybe he was being mistaken for someone else.
He hopes he never meets this actual 'Killer', but even if they were some sort of shady person- skeleton- thing, that doesn't excuse kidnapping a stranger and chaining them to the floor of your home after nearly killing them!
With the most unimpressed expression he could muster, Quill forced the aching phalanges of his right hand into a wrist-up fist, and extended his middle finger.i.e. A self-indulgent crack-treated-seriously fic featuring isekai!Killer vs. the Multiverse. Enjoy!

Summary
Ink knew this day would come, when the creators would stop creating and his vials would lay empty: Forgotten. Just like before.
He never expected it to be so soon, there were still so many things left for him to see, so much to explore and so many to meet. He couldn't accept his fate, for he was not someone bound by a "story" and he refused to be some "character".
So when he hears a voice( from a creator, maybe? Ink forgot what they sounded like) planning to abandon their game, he needed to act fast and make them reconsider.
There was no time for regrets.

You look like him, you have his name, but you’re not Grillby. Everyone in the Underground thinks otherwise, and you’d like to keep it that way.
At least, just until the future protagonist arrives to set you all free on the surface, so you can fake your death, start a new identity, then meet new people who are not tainted by Grillby’s memories.
For now, you play along.
But it's kinda hard to stay in character, because while you may have foreknowledge of this world, you don't really have the power to predict whatever the hell is unfolding inside this goddamned bar. For all intents and purposes, your attempts of blending in somehow escalate into being Snowdin’s local romcom spectacle involving a certain skeleton.
(OR: An Integrity soul tries to lie their way out of here.)
