“Why don’t you ask him to dance with you?”
Olivia wouldn’t acknowledge it out loud, but there’s a part of her that would like to see it. Peter dancing with her niece. She’s seen him with her already, as well as other kids, and seen how patient and kind he always is with them. That part of her knows that he could never say no to her. That the sight of the two of them on the dancefloor would be nothing short of adorable, too.
Ella pauses, as if considering her aunt’s offer. A bright smile lights up her cute little face after a beat. “I think you should ask him to dance with you.”
(Or, a season 2 canon-divergence where Rachel gets married and Olivia and Peter share a slow dance.)
