Summary

The two start an unusual friendship one day, Steve determined to make sure Eddie graduates, and Eddie just seemingly happy to have someone who cares. However, that friendship leaves Steve questioning everything he is, and Eddie starts to question what Steve really gets up to with his little nuggets.
Unfortunately, even Steve can't protect Eddie from the Upside Down, and he's no longer the one who's changed.
But is it for better, or for worse?
Alternatively: What if Eddie and Steve were friends before season 4 and the Kas Eddie! theory was real in season 5?
