Summary
This was clear: Batman was Spider-Man's counterpart in this universe.
It all made sense! The man suffix, the weirdly prominent theme, the fighting skills, the penchant for technology, the no-kill rule, the dislike for guns! Sure, Batman was older and much less cool and lacking the very important hyphen in his name, but it was so obvious now that he put it all together like that.

Tony stared in complete shock at the man sitting on the floor just a few feet away. His hair was the same color as Tony's, as were his eyes. They had the same jaw, nose, and mouth. The only differences between them apart from style were that this man was older and had a large scar encompassing part of the right side of his face. It was uncanny.
“Who are you?” Howard demanded, taking a step toward the mysterious trio.
“You aren’t going to like the answer.” The man who looked entirely too much like him stated.
“Answer the question.”
“Tony Stark.”

Izuku turned around, tears running down his cheeks. Inko resisted the urge to cry with him “Can I... be a hero too?”
“Izuku,” Inko said, walking over to him and kneeling so she was looking him in the eyes. “You can be whatever you want to be, even a hero.” She tried her best to keep her voice even.
“But I don’t have a quirk... the doctor said I can’t without a quirk...” Izuku sobbed, making Inko’s heart break even more.
“He doesn't know you.” Inko said, “but I do, and I know you can be the best hero in the world.”
Then she hugged her son and let him cry into her sweater, making herself a promise to help him reach his dream, no matter how hard it was.

Water, Earth, Fire, Air. My mother used to tell my stories about the old days, a time of peace. When the avatar kept the peace between the Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation, and Air Nomads, but that all changed when the Earth Kingdom attacked. Only the avatar mastered all four elements. Only she could stop the ruthless earthbenders, but when the world needed her most, she vanished. A hundred years have passed and the Earth Kingdom is nearing victory in the war. Three years ago, my father and the men of my tribe journeyed to the Earth Kingdom to help fight against the earthbenders, leaving me to look after my tribe. Some people believe that the avatar was never reborn into the Fire Nation, and that the cycle is broken, but I haven't lost hope. I still believe that, somehow, the avatar will return to save the world.

Summary
When Harry finds an injured Snape on his doorstep and must hide him from the Dursleys, he has no idea that this very, very bad day will be the start of something good.
Harry and Snape are thrown together by annoying relatives, a series of strange dreams, and Voldemort's latest hunt for Harry, but their greatest challenge may well be surviving each other. This will be a long summer unless the two can find a way to work together. A slow-burn enemy-to-mentor story.

And burrowing into his companion’s embrace without a moment’s hesitation, it seemed Buddy didn’t mind either as he pressed his muzzle into Tony’s neck and melted into his hold.
“My poor boy,” Tony cooed as he ran a hand down the dog’s pelt in soothing strokes. “You still having those nightmares huh? That can be pretty annoying, but… I’ve got you, alright? You don’t have to be afraid…”

In a world where meeting one's soulmate was never guaranteed, soulmates were gifted with Soul Guides; animal companions that represented the emotions and connection between the pair, ranging from small, meek rabbits to intimidating, scaly crocodiles. Regardless of what animal represented your soulmate, they would remain at your side through thick and thin to provide comfort and support when their soulmate could not.
And what a beautiful idea it was, to know your soulmate was always with you, even if it were in the shape of an undyingly loyal companion? Tony wouldn’t know, because he didn’t have a Soul Guide.
That was until one August morning in 2001 when Peter Parker was born.
