Summary
It was Kira at the top of everything. Kira, a nameless, faceless figure that erupted in the streets of Japan that could eliminate anyone that they deem fit. Justice, the figure called it. But what is justice to the masses if only one holds the meaning of it? The Kira Investigation Unit were on their hands and knees, picking their brains apart to figure out who cultivated the fear that was brewing in the world right now. But there was something brewing even closer to the mind of Matsuda Touta, who, to be quite honest, was on his wits end with the task force.

In short, (because I am dogshit at writing summaries), Matsuda touches a piece of paper (iykyk) and suddenly is able to see Ryuk- A God of destruction or Light's little buddy???

“What do you know?” He asked, narrowing his eyes. He put on his best ‘dad voice,’ as Buck liked to call it, forcing Ravi to meet his eyes. It didn’t take long before Ravi was spilling his guts.
Eddie, inexplicably, felt tears welling up in his eyes. Ravi cut himself off, his eyes even wider than before, but this time with a distinct horror.
“Hey, Eddie, hey.” Hen was next to him now, crouched next to his chair, placing one of her hands over his, which was balled up into a tight fist. “It was a long time ago, Buck ended it with him, Tommy’s not in the picture anymore.”
“It should have been me.” He whined, hating the sound as it forced its way out of his throat, unprompted. “Not fucking Tommy.”
“Ok!” Hen’s eyes were wide, and she lifted him to his feet, pulling him along to the couch on the other side of the loft, sitting him down. He buried his face in his hands, horrified. What a way to come out to your friend.
