Summary
In the modern world, Flukey Thunder is an average individual who lives through life as painlessly as possible while enjoying some of the pleasantries in his life, especially being a collector of goods that interest him. One day he pays a visit to his usual spot in search of whatever good peaked his interest until he comes across a Japanese scroll of unknown origin. Flukey ends up buying it and decides to look inside the scroll only to be teleported to another era of Japan where breasts determine a woman's status and those that are above-average are treated like trash. Not only that but the scroll had also bestowed Flukey with an arsenal of abilities and he uses them in order to make the new world he's in an equal environment for himself and many others.
