    The war is over. Both Voldemort and Dumbledore died in a battle at the department of mysteries, behind a could of fire no one could see into. This left the ministry scrambling to pick up the pieces of what happened and find a way forward with both leaders of either side gone.

    It's the year 1996, Harry is just beginning his sixth year. He feels guilty over the relief he feels that is it no longer his duty to fight Voldemort; none-the-less he is now free to just be a kid, or well he should have been.
    But when the new Minister Of Magic announces a new law stating everyone over the age of 16 will be made to raise a child, suddenly Harrys care free year looks a bit more stressful.
