Michael ‘Robby’ Robinavitch has been living in Omaha, Nebraska for coming on 3 years now this November. Being the senior attending in one of only 3 ERs in the greater Omaha area, he knows full well just how much he’s needed. But as he breathes out as the clock shifts from 10:59 to 11:00, all he can think of is how much he wants to get hammered at Jameson’s, fall into his bed and preferably not wake up tomorrow from alcohol poisoning for this shift at 7:00.

"Sanji? Are you alright? You stopped so suddenly.”
A blink and Sanji finds the knife in his hand, poised to strike Brook’s neck, only for Brook’s blade to block it.
“Sanji, what are you doing?”
Sanji doesn’t respond, tongue like lead in his mouth. Yet he feels a smile twist his face, and a haki-covered boot finds its way to Brook’s chest, shattering the bones immediately. Brook yells, falling back, and Sanji doesn’t spare a moment to crush the skull beneath his boot. A ghostly wail meets his ears, his gaze snapping to the greenish hue of Brook’s soul staring at him with fear and fury in equal measure.
“Sanji, you’re not yourself! I promise, I’ll find help and come right back!”
Brook’s soul doesn’t make it through the wall. Instead, there’s a small cut-off scream as he vanishes once more under Sanji’s haki-covered boot.

Sanji purposefully blows a mouthful of smoke toward Zoro, who wrinkles his nose. “Tell me, moss head, how long has it been since you’ve gone a day without drinking?”
Zoro ponders this, then shrugs again. “I dunno.”
“See? You can’t even remember.”
“All right, cook, I have an idea,” Zoro says. “Let’s see who can go the longest without giving in? Starting tomorrow, I won’t drink, and you won’t smoke.”
Sanji laughs and taps ash on the railing. “That’s ridiculous.”
The moonlight reflects off Zoro’s teeth as he smiles. “Too scared you’ll lose?”
“No, I just don’t see the point. What’s in it for the winner?”
Zoro continues smiling. “Winning, obviously. Or not losing, I guess.” He sips his sake. “I know you, cook. That should be enough.”
