Enter Skullker, vigilante extraordinaire, that's been active for a little over a hundred years. Shes dedicated her life to doing her damndest to protect the users of One For All. And she refuses to let her father get away with all hes stolen.

The Pines managed to kill Bill Cipher in the end. And he's dead, for good, for real. What they dont realize is that while he is dead, hes not gone.
His spirit is now tied to some stupid charm necklace that looks like his old form. And now, now he looks like a human form of himself, only as a ghost. And no one can see him. And he cant leave the area where the stupid necklace is. Which is also where the last statue of him remains.
And then, she comes along. Who is she? Ace Lane, capable of seeing ghosts, all the time. And she finds that pendant. Poor Bill, hes now essentially her own personal ghost pet. Hooray.

Summary
River had learned several things from the amount of time she had spent living in the world. She learned that All Once was the greatest vigilante, that All Might and his apprentice were extremely dangerous, and that only as Cross she could do something about it. but as herself, she could still help. gathering intel by sending Drone into enemy territory, and helping other vigilantes out while working in the gift shop she co owned with her partner Chizome, who worked as Margin when they were in the field.
Being Cross, the only apprentice of All Once, she was better equipped then she probably should have been, her quirk considering; or quirks if one wanted to get technical. But for all she learned by owning a flower shop, and being a vigilante, it was before all this she learned the greatest lesson of her world through what happened to her brother.
Villains rule the streets, Heroes get killed, and Vigilantes live to fight another day.

Before Tom could strike, Tord attacked first by flashing him a sly smile. But not the usual sadistic one, nor the sarcastic one, nor the perverse one. This one was… peculiar.
There was something behind it that Tom couldn't quite place, no matter how much he tried to connect the dots. To put words on facial features. To put definitions on a grin.
Tom's confusion must have shown on his face, must have furrowed his brows as he does when puzzled. Because Tord, as if to answer his questions, licked his lips slowly. Deliberately. Carefully.
And then he opened his mouth.
“You wanna get high?”

Tord keeps smoking with the door open, Tom gets mad, and Tord has an idea on how to calm him down.

Summary
Amity Park has a serial killer.
At first Danny tries his best to leave the investigation to the police, even if a part of him seems insistent on helping. This attempt fails when the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit is called in to assist, and discover that they are not prepared for the existence of ghosts or how to profile a haunted town; who better to help them learn ghost psychology other than the city's ghostly superhero?
On top of this, Danny's fights with his parents are escalating; this new kid named Wes insists Danny isn't human; Danny's friendship with Valerie continues to crumble; Dash learns Danny's secret (although that may be a good thing?); Danny befriends Ember; and Danny learns that he has more ghost traits than he thought.
