Summary
Based off a tumblr post by buddiesbian: https://www.tumblr.com/buddiesbian/768274908154380288/this-of-course-culminates-with-buck?source=share
"eddie starting at a new firehouse in el paso and he’s texting buck at work and a new coworker asks who he’s talking to and he goes “oh, just my partner” absentmindedly and they go “nice! how long have you been together?” and he means to correct them but panics and says “about six years” instead
bonus points: it spirals into a bigger and bigger mess of lies by omission/careful phrasing
this of course culminates with buck surprise-visiting eddie’s new firehouse, when eddie immediately panic-hugs him in front of everyone so he can whisper into buck’s ear “they think you’re my boyfriend, i’ll explain later, please just go with it” and buck takes 0.2 seconds to process before loudly going “hi sweetheart, i missed you so much!” and keeping his arm around eddie the whole time as he meets everyone"

Summary
“Grace is Rocky’s best friend.” Rocky said softly.
“You’re my best friend too.”
“But Grace is Adrian’s pebble.” Rocky stated. "Grace coming back to Erid made Adrian and Rocky’s family complete. Taking care of Grace was not out of pity or because Adrian thought Grace was young or stupid. It was because Adrian loved Grace and was proud to have someone like Grace as a pebble.”

Summary
"Mhmm…" Robby let out a displeased sound as Jack pulled away. He frowned, watching Jack zip open his bag and dig around. Jack grinned and pulled out something pink. He held it up towards Robby; it was obviously a sex toy. It was shaped like a 'U', one of the ends was flatter than the other. Robby raised his brow, shook his head lightly, and took it from Jack. He turned it over in his hands, inspecting it in detail. It had light grooves on the surface.
Jack chuckled, leaning in again to press more kisses onto Robby's neck. "I dare you to wear it till I come home tomorrow morning," Jack said in a low voice and placed another kiss.
Jack spices up their anniversary by daring Robby to wear a vibrator until he comes home.
Robby did not realize how hard it would be.

wanna tell me my proteins should all be misfolded again 😋?
Grace chokes on his sandwich. He spends a good minute trying to breathe again, coughing up the piece of it that went down the wrong way while Stratt stares at him with an eyebrow quirked.
---
Grace doesn't need more friends. He doesn't need more responsibilities. He certainly doesn't need for Tom Ryder to keep trying to make Grace have sex with him by flirting through texts.
