Summary

The Quintesson invasion has begun! Can the Autobots and Decepticons set aside their differences and work together to drive off the alien threat? Can Optimus Prime and Megatron move past their hurt feelings, and fight side by side once more? Of course they can't, but they're going to try anyway.
All it will cost them is everything.
Now with the author's commentary!! Because I still maintain that this is the best story I've ever written, and I want to do a retrospective/victory lap. And also because I love TF One, and want to keep talking about it. So, enjoy the lore-accurate sequel that my future self apparently watched, then transmitted back in time to my brain so I could write this.
