Summary
This is a crossover between Buffy the Vampire Slayer and M*A*S*H - if Hawkeye and Mulcahy had met twenty years later in Vietnam instead of in Korea, been kicked out of the army, and become foster-parents for a succession of troubled teens ion New York City, before moving to a nice, quiet, semi-retirement in a peaceful suburban town in California.
For various complicated emotional reasons, this story is dedicated to Joyce Summers.

Summary
In July 1962, Trapper and Hawkeye meet at a medical conference in Boston, and have dinner with Charles and Margaret. Hawkeye's been asked to write a book on trauma surgery in wartime: BJ is organizing a reunion for the 4077th in Chicago for the tenth anniversary of the end of the Korean war. Hawkeye flies home to New York and Francis Mulcahy.
The story follows the year from that meeting to 27th July 1963 when the 4077th meet in Chicago: the (so far) final story of the Sins and Virtues series.

Summary
California, 1958. What if BJ Hunnicutt wasn't drafted?
BJ reached Doctor Admani’s office at five of nine. He was pleased with himself. He was less pleased to discover that the new man was still doing paperwork with admin, and Admani wanted to give BJ a briefing beforehand.
“Double board qualified, thoracic and general surgery, and he is very highly recommended,” Doctor Admani said. “But he hasn’t worked full time in a hospital, as such, since 1950.”
“What happened in ‘50?” BJ asked, and got it a moment before Admani said it.
“He was drafted.”

This is mostly a story about what happened to Hawkeye Pierce, and Father Mulcahy, after the Korean War ended. Spoilers for "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen". This is about the relationship between an agnostic surgeon and a Catholic priest. There's love, sex, angst, and going to Mass.
"An Officer and a Gentleman", "Out and Far Tonight", and "Major Heart" take place during the Korean War.

Summary
Ninety-nine deaths, and one winner. Bad odds.
But what if it didn’t have to turn out that way?
--(Almost) Nobody Dies AU--
The Long Walkers went in knowing that the other boys would have to die for them to win—for them to live. But seeing that is different. Seeing the guy who’s been walking with you for hours start to struggle doesn’t feel like a good thing.
Slight canon divergence where the Long Walkers team up. After Curley, they don’t want to see anyone else die. And they aren’t thinking of the consequences of refusing to thin the herd—if they can help, goddamn it, they will.
You can bandage a cut. You can help someone walk off a cramp. You can share food. But when Scramm gets sick-- well, what the hell can they do other than make him comfortable? And that prick Barkovitch makes a good point, although it’s almost worse coming from him than the major-- if they keep saving each other’s asses… when will the walk end?
And even if they could walk forever, none of them know how to save Scramm. So they either have to let him go… or they have to stop the Walk.Bookmarked by Quordle

In the end, everybody dies. But that's true for every story. How do you get there? That counts.

Summary
‘See, this is why your wives left you,’ was on the tip of his tongue in situations like this. He didn’t say it. It was over the line. Besides, he didn’t even have a wife and kid to lose and he was here too. Still, he was sure it would burst out of him one day at the worst possible moment.
Hawkeye moved to California to see BJ through his divorce and Trapper through his divorce's aftermath. Living together and working together seemed like a good solution to keep his eye on the two of them. Sure they argued all the time, he had worked more than two weeks without a break, and hadn't had the time to find a new shrink. Sure he was tired, but he wasn't Korea tired. He was fine.
He'd take care of them, and then they'd be fine too.

Summary
When Dora finds out that her careful, difficult, unwavering goodness doesn't make her loveable like she thought it would--that, instead, it just makes her forgettable--only the fact that she's not big enough yet to survive on her own keeps her from running away that very day.

Summary
Johnny Mulcahy needs money and card sharking isn't enough. He gets work as a 'B Girl' at a queer underground club, (probably) run by a member of the Italian Mafia. He flirts with sailors to get them drunk enough to run up their tab.
It's the only way he's going to be able to pay for Divinity school, and for the dowry Kathy will need to enter a convent.
One night he hears laughter rising over the other sounds of the club, and for the rest of his life can only process it as an act of God.
