Summary
So, finals season has been killing me and I haven't had motivation (or time) to update my main fic, which sucks, but I thought I'd share some drabbles I made throughout the year. They can be something I can look forward to finishing once my finals are done. :3

Summary
He thought it was over.
He thought his time had come, he had exited stage left- he thought that he could finally take of the mask and rest. Instead, he closed his eyes in a press and opened them in a locker, so clearly the world wasn't done with him yet. As if being forced into the killing game again wasn't enough, the world also decided rob him of his ability to walk- clearly, even the fates considered him a joke.
Well, joke's on them- they could poison him, crush him, cripple him, fine- but they would never break him. No, they should have just let him rest. But since they brought him back, he'd be sure to make that *everyone's* problem. After all...

Summary
Quinn was having a fine day. Or maybe not fine- but passable. Okay-ish. Not the worst. When they're hit with a letter from their parents (how the Hell did they find them??) demanding that Quinn comes back to get married for some bullshit politics reason that Quinn didn't bother to pay attention to.
They refuse of course- when their parents demand a reason... Well. Because they're married. Even if they're actually not- it's not like their parent need to know that.
Point is, Quinn can't be married off, so their parents should now fuck off. But then they don't- they're coming to Rafta, to meet Quinn's spouse, something about wanting to see if they're worthy? First of all, screw them, they have no right to judge Quinn's partner, but secondly:

Father had a plan, and once it came to fruition, pokémon could be free and perfect, just as they were intended to be. A world for pokémon alone… that was the ideal future he envisioned. If only this strange boy would stop getting in his way…

Summary
A year after setting up shop in Tokyo as a freelance private detective, Shuichi Saihara takes on a case in a sleepy, oceanside town. Under-qualified as he may feel taking on a string of murders, he dives in headfirst.
However, Shuichi's suspicions that something even more sinister may be afoot in the tiny town of Kiwasetsu do not go unfounded for long. Residents who live by the sea leave food outside of their homes at night, high volumes of dead marine life wash up on the town's shore without warning, and urban legends frequent the village about a mysterious creature who lures young men into the ocean, never to be seen again.
A creature that saved Shuichi's life. A creature that won't let him sleep. A creature with purple hair and a young face.

"And twisted!" Kokichi cackles and throws the pieces one final time. Shuichi zeroes in on them; this is the last part of the game. If Kokichi manages to catch all five of them—Shuichi isn't sure how, exactly, Gonggi works, but he's fairly certain it means Kokichi wins.
The wrappers fall in a tight, spinning arc, just close enough together that Kokichi has the opportunity to perfectly snatch them into the palm of his hand, and then—
—every single piece scatters across the tiles as Kokichi doubles over and begins to hack his lungs out.
a drv3 chapter five hanahaki au in which Kokichi kidnaps Shuichi instead of Kaito, and it makes all the difference.
