The only thing that makes this situation worth it is how off put Ei looks about the whole thing, and how Kujou Sara seems very uncomfortable at the lack of general professionalism amongst the other gods.
No one is taking this seriously.

Summary
For as long as Kazuha lived, he had heard of a particular story well-known among the common folk. It was a legend, that of a deity imprisoned for daring to go against the Electro Archon. A deity who continued to ravage Inazuma with relentless storms and heavy floods.
The Lord of Storms he was called. A cruel and heartless deity.
But, every time in rained, Kazuha could only sense despair. The wind wept and the skies cried. It made Kazuha wonder whether the Lord of Storms was as merciless as he was commonly painted to be.
Or, Kazuha yearned to learn more about Inazuma's most abhorred deity.
