With the constant need to be on land and in the sea, Mrs. Leech bequeaths one of the beach homes to her sons so that they have a home on land close to the sea, making it convenient for them to travel back and forth from land to sea. However, their hectic schedule brings up the need to hire a live-in housekeeper-- one that can keep a secret. Floyd easily takes a liking to this one.
