That’s… unlike him. That’s not something he does when he’s calm. Or he’s hiding something. Is he hiding something?
Hyperlaser shakes his head. “Absolutely not, I haven’t told anyone about this. My spawnday, I mean. I doubt anyone here would’ve heard it in passing, maybe you or Vinestaff, but it wouldn’t make sense for either of you to go so far to hide it.”
Katana chokes on his saliva.

Katana asks Slingshot to make some cupcakes for Hyperlaser's upcoming spawnday. The request is treated like a poorly concealed secret, people start asking for Hyper's secret admirer, and now there's no turning back from the bubbling feelings they've both been shelving for swords-knows how long.

It is a solace to her, to be Princess online. She has even joined a discord server called Steel Samurai Central, which is now a major hub of the Steel Samurai fandom. The fandom gets thrown into a frenzy when a documentary releases called Forged in Steel: A Sal Manella Story. The fandom LOVES it, at large. They ESPECIALLY love the exclusive interview with Sal Manella himself, who laments the unfair treatment he has received since his stint in jail for falsifying evidence, and since his scandal in 2020, and the fandom thinks he deserves better.
Maya does not.
Tired of going against the grain within Steel Samurai Central, she makes her own discord--Steel Samurai Sanctuary, and invites all of the people who have also expressed anti-Manella sentiments so they can talk about other things besides that fucking documentary. But all of a sudden, the monotony of Shuriken’s life is disturbed when he spots Coil, passed out and heavily injured while he is out patrolling. And Shuriken can’t ignore an inphernal in danger, even if it means putting himself at risk.
