"In some manner that escapes my knowledge, you are no longer Large." Its tone bears no inflection, the sentence delivered matter-of-factly, as if the quick glance you take around— where the sea of white you're on is actually your pillow, and the endless desert you're in is actually your bed— doesn't clue you in.
"I— I can see that!" You bark and several breaths stutter out of you at the end of it, the revelation that you are somehow now the size of a spider, that the world around you that you once knew to be so accessible seems so out of reach now, nearly closing up your throat.
"Hmph." The spider huffs, and you have to rip your gaze away from the way your computer looks like the size of the sun, to meet the unimpressed gaze of the spider.
"Fine. I will grant you one moment's pause and then we must move."
"What?" Comes flying out your mouth, tinged with panic. Because you have no plans to move, not when you haven't fully processed what the hell is happening.

What happens when you suddenly become the size of a spider... and meet one?
(Hint: you may have forgotten how many bugs you've killed... but they haven't.)
