Summary
Basically, Douma meets Kokushibo and a few others at a young age, develops emotion because he got that emotional care. Then got kidnapped, turns back into canon Douma with no emotions, everybody in the friend group is traumatized badly.
And Kokushibo works things out with Douma before another storm comes crashing.

Summary
So I had an introspection when reading WTMH of Ylime_lemonade and I was like... "This is so good. I should make a fanfic of this fanfic while I patiently wait for chapters."
Of course, all rights go to Ylime_lemonade because they made this and this is not canon lore of WTMH just my interpretations and reimagination shit of what I think happened that’s inspired. So…
Here's the summary:
Shingestu as a Taxi Company has taken in many... 'unique' employees over the years. However, there's a duo-or a couple, I mean- that always stood out. A combination between their respectable eldest senior and his chaotic undercover agent. Sounds unusual, considering their constrasting personas. Really makes you question how it came to be.
The development over the years and what the employees of Shingestu has come to realize between the seemingly odd couple.

“Are you even real?” Mitya asks. Valeriy’s brow furrows, and Alyosha lets out a cough that sounds suspiciously like a laugh. “Like,” Mitya gestures, a bit helplessly, to Valeriy’s whole… thing. Valeriy just looks confused.
“I… have a birth certificate, if that’s what you’re asking.” Valeriy frowns.
“He thinks you’re hot, Valeriy.” Alyosha supplies, once he’s recovered from his definitely-not-laughing-at-Mitya’s-expense episode. Pretty purple eyes go a little wide beneath dark bangs, and an endearing pink flush dusts the tops of Valeriy’s cheeks.

"Sarge! What a surprise to see you here," Mitya greeted, scrambling to keep up his usual cheer under that intense stare.
The major didn't say a word. He simply stood in front of Mitya, his imposing frame completely still.
Mitya swallowed hard, letting out a nervous laugh. "Haha, did you come to see Odette and Vodyanitsa's performance too? I'm afraid it just ended, but—"
Valeriy, instead of grabbing Mitya by the collar to drag him back to work, dropped gracefully to one knee right in the middle of the aisle, pulling out a small velvet box from his coat.
"Dmitri," Valeriy said, his tone maintaining its terrifyingly courteous disposition. "Will you marry me?"
Or
Mitya is completely unprepared to be Valeriy's fake husband.

He hears Vodyanitsa sigh, probably even shaking her head, while she paces around her room. “You’re impossible, Mitya.” There’s a teasing lilt in her voice. “I can’t believe you’re using me as an excuse to run off from work,” she pauses, “again.”
Mitya looks at her in disbelief, feigning offense. “How could you think about me that way?” He gasps, placing a hand on his chest for dramatic effect. His scarf even gives her statement a thumbs down. Vodyanitsa only rolls her eyes at him.
“You enjoy running away from your bodyguard way too much.” She looks at him in amusement, pointing a well manicured index finger at him, emphasizing her words. “You like the thrill of it.”
And Mitya does. He likes the way Valeriy looks at him the moment he catches him, likes the display of strength just to haul him back to his research.
He just likes Valeriy’s attention to him.
