Summary
In an America ravaged by fear and terror brought on by man killing wolf and wolf killing man... the United States President is approached by the countries reigning Alpha's and a deal is struck.
The 1970's Lycanthrope's Act goes into effect January 1st 1970.
Added as a sunset clause with a 30 year limit, a holiday sanctioning an annual 12-hour period during which all criminal activity towards humans- including murder -- is legal.
Culling Day.
Steve Harrington and his friends face the ultimate test when an intruder drags the vicious outside world into their home.

"I'm…" Steve starts, like he's actually about to tell him.
Oh God. He's about to tell him.
Eddie's staring, and Steve sees how his hand is searching the seat behind himself for the remote, probably to kill the movie, because Steve's being so weird it's making him worried.
He sighs again, breath trembling from stress and he buries his face in his hands. Leg still bouncing in place.
The TV gets turned off and the room fills with silence, and he hears Eddie shuffling around next to him.

An irresistible scent made itself known in Harry’s nostrils as he could smell the scent of clear arousal. Harry’s eyes widened as he tried to pinch his nose. “Merlin, Malfoy, are you in heat?”
Draco’s eyes were fixed in a nasty glare as he stared at him. “It’s uncouth to ask an omega about his heat,” he said instead of answering Harry’s question.
“It’s also uncouth for an omega to offer his heat to any alpha, much more if he’s a pureblood heir.” Harry easily shot back.
“You didn’t know much about secondary sexes when you first came to Hogwarts.” Bitterness evident in the omega’s tone. “Suddenly, you’re the paragon of mating etiquette?”
“I may not have known much, but at least my instincts knew to stay away from an omega like you.” Harry easily retorted, taking pleasure in how Draco’s face had briefly crumpled.
Draco stared up at him with his silver irises and purred out. “And what are your instincts telling you now?”
It was clear to Harry that Draco was just toying with him. He inched his face closer to Draco’s before he uttered in a deep voice. “It’s telling me that you’re nothing but a desperate whore.”
