She calls upon the youngest eighth child, who was completely disconnected but familiar with the world, to help them hear her call (kill them). She prepared a vessel for them to help them get connected with the world and its atrocities.
She is also roleplaying Meursault and not telling them anything unless they ask her first.
AKA brainrotted and socially incompetent dude gets sent to the project moon dimension and gets a new body. Gets tasked by their mother to kill seven people. Typical Isekai slop things happen, but with a project moon twist. And my own twist I guess.

Taylor Hebert is dead.

She woke after the locker in a version of Brockton Bay Central Library that does not exist, surrounded by books made of data and a city built from networks. As far as Taylor can tell, she is haunting the internet.
It could be worse, the Library is quiet, and the books are endless. If she ignores the loneliness, she can almost pretend this is peace.
Then curiosity leads her through a door she was never meant to open, and something vast turns its head.
Taylor thinks a dragon is hunting her.
Dragon thinks she has discovered a newborn artificial intelligence—frightened, alone, and running for its life.
Neither of them understands what Taylor has become. But Dragon has never been very good at leaving frightened children alone.
