Bookmarker's Notes
“When I put you back together, molecule by molecule… I think that was the first time I understood how God must have felt. Creating you. Envisioning you. None of that compared to getting to know you, Dean. The you I couldn’t touch. Couldn’t alter. You were a marvel. I had never known anything as intimately as I’d known you, even before you ever laid eyes on me. When I close my eyes, I can map out every perfect arrangement of your body better than I can my own. So do not think me false when I say I know exactly how to take you apart.”

Summary
“You’re just the perfect patient, aren’t you?” Cas praises, knowing exactly what his words are doing to the hunter.
Dean blushes harder, lowering his cheek back down to the exam table paper.
“Well, other than this stubborn blood pressure problem,” the angel then says. “I don’t think I’ve seen your cheeks any color other than red this entire time,” he teasingly observes.
(TLDR...it literally is 13,000 words of Destiel doing doctor-patient roleplay together.)

Bookmarker's Notes
“My ‘man’ is really good in bed,” the hunter whispers with a purposeful tease in his tone, watching Cas’s eyes darken with arousal. “Real good,” he quietly emphasizes, adding, “Makes me take all 9 inches,” just to see Cas’s face flush.
We’re about to do something that a doctor and a patient shouldn’t do together.

Summary
Time and space are funny, funny things. Everything that has happened and will ever happen does so at once, both repeating in perpetuity and at the same time never existing at all.
Even Fallen, Castiel understands that.Or, the one where endverse!Castiel stumbles upon Demon!Dean, and the result is exactly as dirty and blasphemous as one would imagine it to be.

Bookmarker's Notes
Dean believes that he’s wrong in a world of right, but the truth is, the entire world is harsh and cruel. Nothing is truly right or wrong, there is only doing your best or not. Continuing to fight or giving up. Opening your heart, your mind, your soul, or closing them all off and turning yourself cold. There are monsters and there are villains and there are beings like Dean, champions sent to stave off the chill, just a little bit.
We live as though the world were as it should be, to show it what it can be.

Summary
Dean is a struggling EMT with a younger brother in college, a recovering alcoholic father, and a best friend who he’s secretly in love with.
With family problems that would make a social worker cringe, Dean is no stranger to his fair share of breakdowns. One night, Dean drinks himself into unconsciousness after having a fight with his father. He wakes up in the care of his best friend, Castiel, who also happens to be a doctor.
Somehow he ends up at Castiel’s house under his medical watch and stumbles upon something that could completely change the dynamic of their friendship forever.
Or, Cas introduces Dean to the world of BDSM by starting a platonic D/s relationship. Oh, and eventually they learn to use their words.
