Author’s note:
Hi everyone! It’s been awhile. Sorry this chapter is late. I was traveling over the weekend and my plane almost crashed, it lost an engine mid-air but thankfully we landed safely and everyone is ok. But I was writing this chapter with the plane wifi so I lost half of my edits and had to rewrite it. Hope you enjoy!Or: Luca Haas, Hollanov fanboy extraordinaire, suffers through a series of unfortunate events.

“I was thinking summer,” Shane said.
“Summer for what?”
Shane lifted his head and met Ilya’s gaze. “For everything. Coming out. Going public. Getting married.”
Ilya’s heart flipped. “Yes?”
“Yeah. I know it’s going to be a shitshow, but I’m tired of being scared of being found out. I want to tell people, on our own terms. I think I can handle anything that happens, as long as going public is a choice we made ourselves. Together.”
“That is what I want,” Ilya agreed. “We tell people ourselves. Together.”
~ The Long Game, Chapter 25
What if Shane and Ilya were never outed in Hayden's FanMail, and got to come out on their own terms?

"Oh, it looks like you’re doing better! With those scores, I guess we won’t have to meet as often anymore." Shane was beaming, proudly looking down at the transcript. Ilya’s smile immediately dropped.
Needless to say, he scored 20 points lower on the next midterm.
In which popular hockey fuckboy Ilya Rozanov falls madly in love with the university's golden boy Shane Hollander. Somehow, they go from being the talk on campus to becoming that couple.
Alternatively, my take on the Jock!Ilya x Nerd!Shane trope bc it is desperately underrepresented.

Podfic of Unsevered (Together) by kittycatrin.
It's a week into Zuko's banishment when his soulmate severs their connection. And just like he doesn't deserve to be home until he's regained his honor, he figures he doesn't deserve a soul connection, either. It's all part of the same lesson.
(Soulmate AU: When your soulmate experiences a powerful emotion, you can feel it too. At any time for any reason, though, you can sever this connection to your soulmate so neither of you feel it anymore. Only the partner who severed the connection is able to unsever it.)
