This might have been Red Flag Number 1 - or rather Number 12 - and Atsumu should probably take it as a sign that he is, in fact, not doing so well mentally.

The thing about craving intimacy is that you actually fall in love with anyone that dares cross your path.
You cling onto the short-lived fantasies that you actually can be loved by someone you love back, and you try your very best to not repeat past mistakes. But you never actually learned anything from the past, not when you push it back so deep in your consciousness it only comes back in forms of nightmares and trembling hands at any given moment of your life.
And so, you fall from high above, just to break every bone of your body once again when you realize nobody’s ever there to catch you.Because people come and people go and Atsumu just grew accustomed to being grateful for the limited time he had with the limited love people gifted him.

Peter Parker was a liar.
Tony had accepted this fact after the fourteenth invented story of how he got his powers – from human experimentation, radioactive spider bite (what, like a werewolf?). Tony figured it was just Peters way of nicely telling Tony ‘none of his business’ with a few extravagant white lies. An arrangement that suited Tony just fine thank you very much. But there's only so much one can willingly ignore, underestimations of 'how much knife constitutes a stabbing' (the answer is any), when is he actually going to school, and why Peter is so desperate not to go home.

Peters spins his own web of lies, catches his own foot in them and falls face first. Luckily the fire part is just an expression, well minus the flame-breathing penguin anyway.

“And we’re friends?” She hates that he asks it like a question.
“Yes we are.”
“Ok, MJ.”And then he smiles that big dorky Peter Parker smile usually reserved for Ned and her heart feels like it’s going to explode. Something stirs in her soul and tries to tell her she wants to see that smile more. Well, that’s okay. Heaven knows that Peter Parker deserves to smile more, after all that he’s done for New York, the world.
-After getting injured as Spider-Man, Peter loses his memories. All of them. With Ned out of the country for work and impossible to contact, it's up to MJ to watch him until he gets better. At first, she hides the fact that Peter is Spider-Man from him because she knows he's too injured to be recklessly web-slinging around the city. But as Peter heals and MJ sees more and more of the man he is without the burden of Spider-Man hanging over him, she isn't sure she has the strength to tell him. Why can't she let him stay happy, at least for a little while longer?
