That… wasn’t what Kakashi was expecting. He knew some people had weird ideas about his sexual preferences because of the literature he chose to read but… this didn’t feel like that. Was she asking just to know? In what way could she possibly segway this into a confession?
“...I guess if the romance is good I don’t mind if there’s no smut?"
Yes, even him, friend-killer Kakashi, stumbled through the word 'smut'. It’s not like he’d ever used it before! This was one of the most bizarre conversations he’d had, up there with the time in his youth he’d caught Gai spying on him in the toilet.
The girl brightened at that, her wolf cut bobbing up and down as she nodded her head to herself. The big blush persisted, but she seemed to gain more confidence.
“Right! Um… I was maybe wondering if-” somehow, Kakashi no longer thought she was going to confess “-maybe you could read my story and tell me what you think about it?”

Or, public porn-reading is less of a deterrent than he hoped, but maybe that's ok after all.

Summary
The good news: the quest into the Labyrinth had the same energy of an All-Star Game. Seriously, talk about a stacked fucking lineup. Put the five of us in the Heroes of Olympus quest, and we would send Gaea to sleep faster than the Knicks put down the Spurs. Plus this was the quest with front row seats to THE Percabeth kiss! Eeeeeee!
The bad news? Literally everything else. How was Bianca making canon her bitch going to affect the quest? How was I, shining daughter of Apollo, meant to survive a trip into Daedalus's fucked up house of horrors? Could I save Nico from the alt-right pipeline now that his sister was [spoiler alert] alive? Could I stop Luke from letting a fascist enter his body and puppet him, incel wet dream style?
I'm being serious - could I? Was this truly a fix-it fic, or had I fucked everything up forever? I had no idea, but I was about to find out!

The manticore snarls. "This is not the end, Huntress! You shall pay!"
Dr. Thorn moves and then the last thing Percy registers is falling and falling-
Darkness.
Or: Percy convinces Annabeth to switch places at the last second, and Annabeth witnesses Percy fall off a cliff on the back of a manticore.
And a pair of twins sneak behind their Father's back to save their little brother.
