Summary
“Why don’t you tell me things?” Scar whispers. He leans forward and presses a kiss to the bridge of his nose, below-between his eyebrows, gentle.
“We’re - Scar, we’re in public.”
“Everyone is in class.”
“We’re not,”“Well, we’re special, aren’t we?” he murmurs, corners of his mouth quirking upwards. “Romeo and Juliet.”
“We’re not them,” Grian mutters, and it comes out bitter. Scar hums. He kisses his jaw. “And what happens if someone sees us?”
“We tell them it’s just method,” Scar says. His eyes are piercing. “Isn’t it?”
.𖥔 ݁ ˖₊ ⊹⋆⭒˚｡⋆₊ ⊹.𖥔 ݁ ˖✮
Grian thinks there might be something seriously wrong with this college play - Romeo and Juliet - and that it might even be connected to those strange visions that keep getting worse. And really, he needs to stop sneaking around with his Juliet, Scar Goodtimes, because people are going to find out about their… situation, if he isn’t more careful. And he really, really doesn’t want that. Especially not when Taurtis is in the play as well.

Summary
After being thrown from his ship, Grian finds himself on an Island that sets off his every primal instinct. However, the man he meets there is nothing but kind and hospital. Would it have been better if he listened to Scar and abided by his own avian intuition?
- AKA a homoerotic twist on the American literature short story which is "The most Dangerous Game" by Richard Connell. With my own philosophical, animal-esc portrayals of course.

Summary
As he spoke, three hearts appeared on the floating parchment. One red, one yellow, and one green. Each of The Great Ones studied it for a moment.
“And you are certain this will work?” The right Watcher hummed, finally. The weight of its many eyes pinning Grian in place. "Why allow such a lengthy grace period?"
He bit the inside of his cheek.
Truthfully — the hardest part about designing this game had been exactly that.
Why play with his food?
“Because,” Grian lifted his head, meeting Its gaze head-on. “There is nothing like watching everything you’ve ever loved being destroyed by your very own hands.”

But now, Grian is carrying the weight of a victory that feels like a loss, and he doesn’t intend to play to win again. This time, Scar has to survive, no matter the cost. It is our greatest honor to formally invite you to the audition to be the superhero HotGuys newest sidekick. Not only has your past action caught our eyes within the Hero Association, but HotGuy has chosen you, among others, himself.
Please see the attached documents and follow the instructions for the final judgment. Congratulations, and remember: Eyes in the Sky Keep Everyone Safe.Grain feels his eyes widen as he reads the letter. He was shaking, accidentally crumbling the paper in his hands. He lifts the letter closer to his face, just to make sure that he's read it correctly. Then he read it again. Then one more time to make sure.
or, HotGuy is forced to have a sidekick CuteGuy. Both don't really like each other. Good thing Grian has ulterior motives, trying to find his missing family and all that. Wait, Boatem, Scars family, is also missing? What a coincidence...

Summary
“The only way to truly know that kissing isn’t for me would be to test it.” Grian propped his head on his hand, mulling it over absently. “Specifically, with someone who’s known to not be a bad kisser.”
His roommate tensed.
Grian raised a brow. “Is something the matter?”
At the sound of his voice, a small change crossed Scar’s face. He relaxed a bit, mouth pulling into a polite smile. “Well, if a good kisser is all you need,” Scar said. “I’ve never gotten any complaints.”

After a couple bad experiences, Grian's fairly sure kissing isn't something he enjoys. Scar seeks to change that.

You are cordially invited to attend her Lady of the Manor, Cleo Z. Clocker’s 50th deathday party. This year, alongside the usual meal and activities, we will also be organising a little game.
Attached you will find a card describing your role and a brief description of your character. Feel free to engage in role-play as little or as much as you like, but please do dress up in costume.
RSVP by Friday and do let us know if you have any queries or suggestions about your character.
(P.S: There will be one mortal present, so we ask that you don’t attend in any form which might induce madness or other maladies upon them should they witness you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.)
(in which Cleo’s throwing a murder mystery party to celebrate her deathday; Grian gets far too invested in his role as detective, and Scar wants to take their situationship and make it a relationship. Oh, and they’re all Halloween monsters, that’s probably important.)

It's a classic tale of love: Grian, a mer from the depths of the sea, makes a deal with a sea witch to exchange his voice for a pair of legs and go visit the human whose life he had saved. Only in this case, Grian is more interested in the sea witch than the human.
(If only someone had bothered to tell Scar, the sea witch in question, about this divergence).

Summary
To be clear, it was a favor forged out of mutual interest. Either side had something to gain from this deal. There were zero other reasons why Scar might’ve accepted Grian’s invitation without really considering it. Zero.
It didn’t matter that Scar had been too distracted by Grian’s mischievous grin to catch his question at first. It didn’t matter that his stomach had practically launched into his throat when the words actually did register. It didn’t matter that they were the same ones he’d fantasized about hearing for the better part of two years now.
“Scar,” Grian had said, dangerously earnest. “Go on a date with me.”

Summary
Grian presumed his soul was actively leaving his body – providing him with just another last minute delusion to take him into the next life - until he heard music.
His tired delusions were a lot of things, but they were never music.
Grian blinked, once, twice, then a third time. Still, the shape on the horizon didn’t fade. The light didn’t fade. The music didn’t fade. This wasn’t the blurry shadow of what may or may not be a rock, or the light of the moon against a wave imitating a town. This was a genuine miracle. This was his relief.
It was a ship!

Grian slept fitfully. His dreams were odd, starting off normal and slowly deteriorating. He found himself on a beach with a map in his hands. That much was normal, routine. What was strange was the level of alarm that filtered through him once his consciousness realized Scar was not at his side.
And then, there was the song.
Faintly, Grian heard someone singing. It was a haunting sound, slow and looping. There were words, but the language in which they were spoken was garbled, lost in the melody. For some reason, he felt as though it wasn’t meant for his ears. He felt like it had picked someone else.

“You want to kiss someone?”
Scar seemed to tense at the echo of his wish. His face shifted as wonderful splotches of color heated his cheeks. Those green eyes looked askance, nervous laughter filling the air around them. “Yeah, uh, y’know. I’ve never really tried out that holiday tradition. Would be nice to check it off my bucket list.”
“Oh,” Grian said, willing his voice not to break. “Have you… got someone particular in mind?”
Scar just huffed out a little laugh and sent an unreadable glance Grian’s way. "I think I’ll just go for whoever’s nearby when midnight strikes.”
