Or, the act of love In-ho gave, Jun-ho repaid it with a bullet to the shoulder and the deaths of his family.
(The Hwang brothers talked after the dust settled and the game was dismantled. Unsurprisingly, communication skills had never been their strong suit.)

Inho hired a boat captain to distract his baby brother from finding the island, without killing him. Captain Park had other plans on mind, not wanting to slide the piece of meat presented infront of him, by his own brother, while also distracting him from the search. Wonderful.

In-ho helped Gi-hun and Jun-ho take down the island. Not without taking a bullet to the torso in the process. But surely, neither Gi-hun nor Jun-ho had to know about that. Surely, he could... hide it until they reached the mainland (or until he bled out, whichever came first).
