Summary
Jaime was a free mage once. Now, collared and cut off from the natural world around him, he is forced to use his magic to serve his captors, hunters who desire to bring pain to the elusive shifter wolf pack deep in the woods. To survive, he’s had to numb himself to the cruelties around him. But from the latest batch, a black wolf reminds him of the fire he once had.

Summary
We’re familiar with the mage collar. It’s a collar, leather or metal, engraved somehow with runes which serve to restrict the wearer’s access to their magic. It’s keyed to a specific individual, who is the one who dictates the usage of the wearer’s magic.
Instead, let’s consider the compulsion collar. It is similarly a leather or metal collar, but the engraved runes instead make it so that the wearer must obey the commands of the one who bound them to the best of their ability.
Now, what happens when you take a compulsion collar, and put it on a mage? Let’s find out.

Summary
Zhang Zhe Sheng wants to give his noisy fuck of a neighbour Xue Xiao Chen a piece of his mind, but then he learns just how much trouble his neighbour is in and has just enough of a conscience to care.
Zhe Sheng towers over the still unmoving form. "Get up."
His neighbour raises his head. He looks young, about Zhe Sheng's age, maybe a couple years less. There are hand prints collared around his throat, dark bags under his eyes, bruises on his cheek and a cut split down his lip.
