Eddie arranges him on the platform, leaning his weight on his elbow and his hip, the other leg bent. He adjusts the drape of Steve's other arm so that it's across his hip and then he lifts the hem of Steve's shirt, draping it so that it exposes his belly. Eddie's fingers brush his jaw again, nudging his face to one side.
"Are you sure this doesn't look ridiculous?" says Steve, watching Eddie as he pads back behind the camera.
"You definitely don't look ridiculous, man," says Eddie, shooting a few frames. "I know you probably feel it right now, because you're not used to it, but, trust me — camera loves you, dude. You look like a wet dream."Now Steve's definitely blushing. He knows his face won't make it into the shot — he signed a contract, after all — but Eddie can see it. He finds that he doesn't mind that so much; it doesn't seem to be bothering Eddie, anyway, Maybe, like the growing hard-on, it's kind of the point…
or Eddie is a photographer in need of a model. Steve could do with the extra cash.

Admiral Sarpedon of the Ceaseless Fleet knows perfectly well that he’s far too old to be carrying on like this.
Were he ever in any danger of forgetting, his body would unhappily remind him at the first opportunity: God keeps such irregular hours these days, and Sarpedon gave up on late nights fifteen years ago, and if he yawns his stiff, sore way through one more morning meeting the Admiral of the Dead Sea is probably going to wait until after the Emperor inevitably slumps to sleep in his chair at the end of the table and then jump on the opportunity to say the quiet part out loud and pointedly ask Sarpedon what he got up to last night, because that’s just the sort of thing she would do. And it’s not as if Sarpedon doesn’t already know exactly what it is that all the various young people under his command are snickering about whenever they think his back is turned, but the prospect of having the subject so publicly raised is nonetheless unbearable.
And yet.
(Sarpedon has gay sex with God. It could’ve gone better.)

The next one came from the Scanran border. Lady Alanna believes in practice not theory. Says she learned this from you, Father. Why would you have planted such seeds in her mind??? I reap the sorrowful harvest. Instead of simply reading about sniffles it is demanded that I cover myself in every regional variety of snot.
The next one: MOTHER HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING FOR THE SPY SERVICE? We meet many people on the road who know George, and they all know you, too. George will not say but the way he doesn’t say it makes me think it is true. Cannot believe you did not tell me of your secret life. Betrayed.

They're standing close enough that Ravi can hear the little catch in Buck's breath at that. A clamoring rush of thoughts cascades through him: oh my god, and yes, and really?, and I can't believe that worked. "And you know. Learning by doing is the best way to learn something," Ravi says. His heart is pounding so hard he can feel the veins in his neck. "Maybe you could show me. How to--how to treat a woman."

Cas’s mouth is up against Dean’s for a couple seconds before Dean responds, and then it’s Cas that’s being kissed senseless, because kissing is definitely not something Dean does tentatively. Dean reaches up to cup Cas’s jaw in his hand, tilting his head for a better angle, mouth plush, tasting like whiskey.
Cas tries to remember what it was like the first time he kissed a man. All-encompassing, the world jerking off its axis, the feel of stubble under his fingers intense in a way it never really is with women, as much as he loves them.
