Summary
Revival fucking hurt.
With each time those damn words were scrawled into a leather bound book then burned, inked pages crumbling into ash, Tommy was pulled from limbo. Each part of him was clawed out of that peaceful place, no regard for comfort.
His body, carelessly stitched back together, dragging him back to Earth to start a new cycle of torment.
At some stage, he didn’t know which revival, a streak of his hair had turned pure white. He had liked it for a while.
Until he didn’t.

Summary
"We were so worried, we heard you—" Ragatha starts, and then looks up. She meets Jax's gaze dead-on, and goes silent. Tears brim in the corner of her eye. Her hand flies up to cover her mouth. He can't tell if the look on her face is relief or fear.
Gangle's staring at him like she's seen a ghost. Pomni slowly raises to her feet, brows furrowed. She winces as every movement jars her wavering form.
Cowered on the floor, panting, confused and disoriented, with everyone standing above him, taller than him… it reminds Jax of something deeply unpleasant. They're all staring at him. They're all seeing him.
Jax knows they're not going to like what they see.
His breath quickens until his head is spinning, and he feels like he's going to vomit. He forces himself upwards with a frustrated cry, swaying in place, and then turns and bolts towards his room as fast as he can.
"NO!" Pomni screams.

That’s the last thing Parrot heard before all noise drowned out and his mind went static. But it raced, all at the same time. Everything became louder, overwhelming, his eyes widening as the panic had settled in almost immediately. Those words. Theo’s chirps and laughter drowning into the background as his breathing became erratic, his breath shortening, and he suddenly felt the need to puke all over the floor. Those words. The place they were at, just a random restaurant with Theo and some other friends, now suddenly felt so crowded. Smile. Smile.

Parrot’s traumatic memories of a certain Director all come flooding back to him with a single phrase, triggering a fight-or-flight and sending him into a spiral. Theo is there to help.

ParrotX2’s life sucks, like really badly. Well, of course it would. He’s born quarter parrot which basically meant his wings were too small to fly while still having them affect ordinary life. His parents died very young, he has almost no friends and the people he was friends with either died or left him.
he lives off of instant noodles and he works at the most dangerous coffee shop around. Oh did he mention his powers suck ass?
But it’s fine, it’s totally fine, as long as his life plans don’t get thrown out of the window because of Villains, or hero’s, or Vigilantes. He’ll make it work.
Turns out, life kind of has a way of fucking him over.

The Director stared at him, Parrot really didn’t expect his day to end with a notorious supervillain staring him dead in the eye.
“What parrot are you?” He asked
“What?”
“You know, like what type of parrot are you, a Military Cacaw, a Parakeet,”

Sam was having a rough day.
The egg situation was getting worse, he had to give up a few pearls and a gapple to get out of a tight situation because of his own stupidity, the rain pouring down was slowly growing into a thunderstorm which was always great for him: to say a migraine was steadily building behind his gas mask was an understatement.
So when Tommy decided to play a small prank on him by stealing some of his stored away armor- that wasn't even good armor or important to begin with, now that he realizes- he admits that he maybe reacted with more, er, 'vigor' than he needed to.

“Tommy,” the man prompts again, “Tell me the identities of The Syndicate, then you're free to go."
Tommy freezes.
“I’m sorry?” He sputters.
“He doesn’t know!” Siren shouts.
“Do you seriously expect me to believe that?!"

Summary
Maybe it was just the poor weather, thunder and rain booming outside for hours on end, or maybe Theo was just being paranoid, but he could swear that Parrot was acting differently that day. His every move seemed controlled, as if he was forcing himself to act in opposition with his own mind, and his eyebags were more pronounced than usual. There was this strange tension underlying his every action, like the slight humming of torches and redstone dust beneath a well-oiled machine.
