Summary
The Phantom Thieves won against Yaldabaoth. They defeated him as their leader pulled the trigger that blew a hole in the False God's head.
But it was not without a cost.
Four Thieves survived the battle. Four (Five, really) less than what anyone would've liked.
So when offered a chance to head to another world. One where the Thieves have yet to face Yaldabaoth...
How could they refuse?
They don't, and thus our story begins.

Summary
What if Shuji Ikutsuki had passed away in 1999, but left his will on to his widow, a woman with already incredibly conflicting opinions and life experience? How different would 2009 be with Kanamin Kiroshin at the wheel?
A timeline shifted, character change AU of Persona 3, altering the main story just enough to apply some new themes and stories, without removing the main meat of the game. The key change being a swap of Shuji Ikutsuki with an Original Female Character, Kanamin Kiroshin.
There is also an underlying story of grief, identity, and moving on.

Or: A series of prequel one-shots revolving around the Phantom Thieves of Try To Do It Right This Time Around. Knowledge of the main story is not necessary for this, as these are all varying levels of prequel to that story.
