Each step feels clumsy, sluggish, a second behind. Unscripted. Off-book. The water brushes up over your foot for a moment, sand sticking uncomfortably to what you think is probably your skin now. Do you have skin anymore? You miss your shoes. Would it be weird to wear shoes now? To find new clothes? You want to drape yourself in fabrics, smother every inch of that glowing light you can never seem to shut out until your body is finally dull and darkened and done.
You wonder what happened to all your old clothes. They probably burned up with your face. Your name. Your home.
There’s nowhere left for you, is there?

Basically, what if the Two-Hats fight went ALOT worse than in canon, and the party ends up having to save Siffrin? I had this scenario in my head and decided to write it out.
Loop has a loooooong way ahead of them to rebuild the trust of the party after this, but they'll manage sometime ^^
