Everything became louder, overwhelming, his eyes widening as the panic had settled in almost immediately. Those words. Theo’s chirps and laughter drowning into the background as his breathing became erratic, his breath shortening, and he suddenly felt the need to puke all over the floor. Those words. The place they were at, just a random restaurant with Theo and some other friends, now suddenly felt so crowded. Smile. Smile.
