There are some irrefutable truths that exist in this world. Flow trees typically require more than one person to chop them down. Bloom is best watered in small increments. And always keep flares on you to signal to others when you find rare ore or forage.

“So... yeah, that's it, I guess,” Sam says, scratching the back of his head and glancing at Sebastian, who's as still as a statue.
Willow doesn't care. Actually, those two are a godsend because after weeks of interviews, they are the first that fit the bill, and she doesn't have the kind of money it takes to rent this apartment alone anymore. She has come to like it—a lot. Put her little trinkets here and there, and... Yeah, those other things that disappeared when he left.
Too empty. Two more people won't be too many to fill that void—not that they can really do anything for the one inside of her chest.
Or: What if the farmer never went to Pelican town, and stayed in Zuzu? What if Sebastian finally managed to move out with Sam, and those two were looking for a new place to live?

Summary
Year 2 in Pelican Town and the farmer and Sebastian are dating, but haven't quite made the leap yet to sexual intimacy. Just wanted to explore that transition from close friends to intimate partners and write a bunch of porn :^) Other normal problems in an abnormal setting (ex. I'm pushing 30 and idk what to do with my life, how do I get my darkness-loving computer-programmer bf to want to live on a farm with me forever, etc.), mostly realistic with some of the Stardew Valley mechanics/quirks, roughly follows the game timeline/events. Aaand it's a choose-your-own-adventure (or -scene, more accurately) bc I'm indecisive and would rather write multiple versions of events than make a choice :^)
