Summary
Tim wakes up in a world in which Batman doesn't exist. And by consequence, the Robins never became heroes.
Dick is a Talon, Jason is Red Hood (a villain), and Damian is a League of Assassins assassin. And Tim apparently is a hero called Draken, who, frankly, sucks at being a hero.
And in this weird alternate reality, something big is brewing and Batman isn't here to keep the Justice League from tearing itself apart.
Tim is really really done with everything. Dick, Jason, and Damian aren't helping.
Tim really really hates magic as well.

Summary
Tim Drake never actually wanted to become part of the Robin-Batman-vigilante outfit. No, really. But the last Robin up and died, and now Batman is going crazy, and no one else is doing anything about it, so...Tim decides to become Robin. He might as well, right? At the very least it'll give him something to do while his parents are gone.
Still, Tim's not taking up the mantle until he can put a couple of things in order. Step one? Making sure the Joker can't get it into his head to kill another Robin. Not ever again. (Good thing Tim's not the one with a 'no killing' rule.)
And then after that? Well, after that it's only just a matter of keeping Batman from learning Tim's identity and subsequently chasing him off. Not until Bruce can get back on his feet and pick a new Robin, a real one this time. Easy-peasy.

“Just take off the mask, Tim,” Kon breathes into Tim’s ear, “just take it off and you can have what you really want. I know you’re pretty under there baby, you don’t have to worry about what I’m gonna think.”
“I-, I-,” Tim’s breath hitches as Kon increases the pace of his fingers minutely. The slick sound of lube echoes in his ears.
Kon bites gently at Tim’s earlobe, “Give me the word and I’ll peel it off for you and you can come looking right into my eyes, no more barriers, baby, just you and me.”
Alternatively: Kon is tired of Red Robin hiding behind masks. He goes about getting the mask of in a way that benefits him and Red Robin. Kon gets to have sex with the boy he's had a crush on for ages and finally see whats hiding behind his mask and Red Robin gets the first and best orgasm of his life!
