“I don’t really do joyrides with strangers,” Sanji retorts. Even if he did, this guy’s the biggest walking red flag he’s ever seen, a hundred bad decisions all wrapped up in a leathery Miami tan and a gaudy print shirt.
“Ohh,” Doflamingo laughs, “I thought you were letting loose, hm?” His hand presses to his new friend’s back, sliding low until his fingers bump into his belt. “We’ll get to know each other then.” When he isn't swatted away, he moves closer until his chest is pressing to the blonde's shoulder. “My name is Doflamingo.” His eyes trace the man's profile, thrilled by how much he's already gotten away with. “Am I still a stranger, or do we need to be closer than just sharing names?”

Sanji needed help. He didn't have anyone. That was the other thing about leaving. He'd left in a hurry, and he'd left alone, so now he was stuck in an apartment with a broken sink and no one to call. He picked up his phone. He stared at it for a long time trying to come up with something. He downloaded Grindr at eleven-thirty and felt genuinely insane doing it. He set up a profile with no picture and the bio "my sink is broken and I can't use my kitchen please help I am not joking.”
