Midoriya Izuku does not become the first quirkless hero.

Loki gets a chance to change everything. The Norns, having become tired of Odin's meddling in the Weave, have decided enough is enough. Death sees this as a chance to plead their case, asking for Loki to go through the trials needed to become the Master of Death. In order to stop Thanos, Loki would agree to anything, knowing what is coming, and so he does. Hera Potter grows up not knowing who she'd been, what she is expected to go through, or that she's already fighting for something greater than herself. As the barriers fall between this life and the last, Hera will have to navigate through who she was to stay who she is. She was Loki once, but she is more than that now, and she will fight to keep it and the life she's made. If that means flinging her soul across time and space, or using the knowledge she has to navigate through a future she should not know, she'll do it. Who is Thanos to threaten everything she loves? Izuku let out a long-suffering exhale. “I beg your pardon?”
“You forgot Hero Dynamight over your girlfriend,” Kota continued. “That means that he’s… he’s the love of your life.”
Kota’s cheeks reddened like he was embarrassed about what he had just said. Izuku stared at him. He didn’t know a Hero Dynamight. But there were a lot of heroes he didn’t know. The world was a big place, after all.
“You grew up together,” Kota barrelled on. “You tell us all the time how the two of you are friends. He guest lectures here sometimes. You… you don’t know who I’m talking about?”
Izuku swallowed hard as he looked at Kota’s face. If this were any other student, he wouldn’t believe it. But Kota wasn’t the type to joke or kid around, especially not with something of this magnitude.
Izuku accidentally gets hit with one of his students' quirks and temporarily forgets the love of his life - who is not, as it turns out, his current girlfriend.

Summary
This is the way the world works: the sun rises in the east. The strong come out on top. Bakugou Katsuki rockets through life like a comet and Midoriya Izuku stumbles after. If he believed in such things Katsuki would say it was written in the stars. That some god of war had looked at him and said this one. That he’d been passed along a line to get his blessings – genius, willpower, fearless ambition – and dropped off on earth.
Then, of course, there is the question of Deku. The spitfire runt. Deku, no matter what the world does to him, never stops hoping.
Until, of course, he eventually does.
(Katsuki broke him. Snapped him in half like a twig and now has to scramble to put Deku back together. “We can do this, Deku," he says slowly. "There are so many mysteries that never got put to bed. Criminals roaming around looking to hurt people and you and me, we can fix that.”
There’s a long pause. The comforter slips a little off Deku’s skinny shoulders and drowns him. “You mean like a team?”
In that split second, Katsuki makes a decision he’s never even considered. He swallows his pride. “Yeah, Deku. We’d be a team.”)
