He felt around himself and his stomach dropped. He hadn’t been out as Red Robin, he had been at a gala. He was still in his perfectly ironed, three-piece suit. Red Robin had not been buried. Tim Drake had.
Tim had never planned his funeral. He had many preparations in the event of his death; what would happen to his open cases, his patrol routes, his position at WE. His funeral, however, had never been much of a thought. He had planned both of his parents’ burials, and planning his own was something he did not want. Someone else would need to do it for him.
And apparently, someone did.

"TELL ME!" he screams, pounding his hands on the table. The others jolt, their eyes fixed on him. It is time for Tim to make some noise, for them to truly hear him.
"TELL ME!" he screams again. "LIE TO ME. TELL ME YOU WOULD LOVE ME. TELL ME! SAY SOMETHING!" Tim's anger reaches its peak. There is something strangely exhilarating about yelling and screaming.

Eventually, it turns into a game, of sort. How long can he go without eating? How much can he accomplish with a rumbling stomach? How long will it take someone to notice?
He’s vaguely aware of something called eating disorders, had seen the daughter of an important politician barf the buffet-food out an hour after dinner. Had seen the way she was considerably paler when she left the bathroom. Nobody talked about it. Besides, he’s pretty sure only girls can have eating disorders. And he doesn’t care about his looks, he’s not doing this out of vanity. Sometimes he’s not even sure what he’s doing at all.

He trails his fingers over the keys, a fondness in his voice that Jason’s never heard before. A soft ache in it.
“Oh, that can’t be right,” the older woman—Mrs. Phillips, maybe—interjects with a gentle smile. “Tim, dear, don’t you play piano? I distinctly remember Janet bragging about how gifted you were.”
The air stills. Everyone turns to look at Tim.

Summary
It was ridiculous to wait on your own death. Trying to guess when it would arrive or running from it, only for the grim reaper to stare you dead in the eyes one day. He wanted to meet him on his own terms.
So he set himself a countdown. One year to live life to its fullest, not putting things off for the next time or waiting around. He had told himself that he wouldn’t let a single chance go, that this would lead him to becoming the greatest version of himself.
He wasn’t sure if he had kept that promise. But at least he was quite contempt with what was now awaiting him.
Tims feet were now dangling off the top of the skyscraper he had sneaked up on.
OR: Tim is suicidal. Jason just became Red Hood and is trying to throw some Guys off of the same Rooftop that Tim is trying to kill himself on. Chaos ensues.

If someone had told Jason a few months prior he would be using his old codes to get into Titan's Tower, not in some green tinged version of revenge but to meet Tim's friends, he would have laughed in their face. And really, who would have blamed him? It was preposterous even now.
Although, not quite as preposterous as Tim, nor Conner, thinking that it might be a good idea to warn Impulse and Wonder Girl that they would be bringing him to the tower, or even just telling them Jason was not, in fact, trying to get Tim alone to murder him.
Seriously, that lasso that apparently had lightning embedded in it fucking hurt.
