Summary
Cloud had never expected to accidentally find general Sephiroth asleep while he was on laundry duty, having fully thought that the man wasn't in his living quarters at the time.
What he had expected even less was the discovery that the general, the demon of Wutai, the strongest SOLDIER of them all, was apparently a little, the knowledge top secret.
Finding no caregiver to take care of the regressed Sephiroth, Cloud finds that he has little choice but to stay with him until he gets big, giving Sephiroth a taste of how life would be with someone who cares near.
After that evening, he finds himself craving more of that, and offering Cloud a deal, he finds himself with a caregiver, showing him a world of kindness and gentleness he had never experienced before. -

His pulse thrummed loudly in his ears while a representative at the head of the table went on about the quarterly budget, flowery excuses made for the more lavish expenditures in the report.
She was not with him.
He sat there and he could not feel Her no matter how far he reached for Her residual warmth, a stagnant void where She had once taken residence in his head and flowed freely through his veins. The very reason for why his heart still beats was simply gone, leaving him with nothing but disorientation and a slow-broiling rage to fill its place.
His Mother’s voice was not among the buzzing chatter of insects that filled this room.
Sephiroth, who is still under Jenova’s influence and currently not in the best mindset for anything regarding the Planet’s wellbeing, is the one that will have to change fate for the better.
AKA This is a FF7 time travel fix-it, but Jenova is one hell of a drug.

Summary
There's a bug going around at Midgar General Hospital, the very one Sephiroth works at. He's the chief of surgery and ends up catching it. Sephiroth is stubborn and he pushes himself to his limits, stepping out of a surgery midway, handing it off to the on-site surgeons. Noctis ends up finding him in the second floor stairwell, half conscious. He calls the four listed under Sephiroth's emergency numbers, telling them what had happened.
Cloud and Zack arrive first, then followed by Angeal and Genesis.
In the end, they take their stubborn boyfriend home.
