Summary
Link Wilder was considered to be "perfect" by many of his peers. He was talented, smart, handy with a sword, wont for nothing, and on his way to becoming a knight in the king's royal guard, just like his father. He had things easy.
Well, mostly easy, that was. Easy, until you looked a little closer. Until you spotted the faded bruises pockmarking his skin, or the eight-strong soulmark wrapping around his left wrist, so much longer than the two and, very rarely, three-strong of everyone else's. Until you saw the dull, defeated look in his eye, and the way he kept quiet unless somebody addressed him. It made those who knew him wonder.
Was Link Wilder truly as perfect as everyone claimed?Or
Where Wild struggles to meet his father's high expectations for him while also learning that, after years of being alone, he's actually intrinsically bonded to eight beloved soulmates who all just so happen to have the same first name as him. “Come on, where’s your sense of adventure, Sailor?” The captain asks, reaching out to ruffle Wind’s hair and looking unfazed when his hand is slapped away by the grumpy teen.
“Back where I left the last fucks I had to give: at the bottom of the river we were spat out days ago.” Wind replies, ignoring Sky’s exasperated ‘Wind’ along with Time’s own warning glare.
“Same,” Legend says dryly from the side.
Wind jumps at the validation. “See!!”
(Or the one where the chain ends up in a new Hyrule and, while they're yet to find the last Link to their chain, they keep meeting up with a hylian named Champ in the oddest ways. All of them except for Twilight. Spoilder alert: all of them need to learn how to ask the right questions.)

Summary
The Shrine of Resurrection was only one of the inventions from the ancient Sheikah, but it by far held the most mysteries. Uncovered only weeks before the Calamity struck, there was no time to find out its limitations or side effects. All they truly knew was its incredible healing capabilities.
So when Calamity Ganon struck, and the Hero fell, they could only hope for the best as they laid him to rest for the next century. A risk to save their hero, their land, and their people.
Out of all the predicted outcomes, though, the Hero returning as a child had to be the least expected. At least it got Purah some rupees.

It had been going well. At least up until the lizalfos he’d been fighting had knocked Fi out of his hands cutting his arm and knocking him down in the process. He had to watch helpless from his spot on the ground as the lizalfos raised its sword over its head. Had known that the blow would likely kill him. Had thought about Sun. How he’d never see her again. Never tell her how much he loves her. The sword began its descent and he vowed to tell her if got the chance to see her again. If he somehow survived. He closed his eyes and felt warm blood splatter on his face. It took him a moment to realize he didn’t feel any pain.
