‘Yes, boss.” The light in his chest flicked on and shone directly into the room. There was something, no- someone, sitting on the floor. They wore something similar to Natasha's old widow suit. Shoulders bare, with black gloves. The chest was blood red, the rest black. The neckline went to his jaw. Black spindling limbs curled out from his back. His body was limp, limbs twitching oddly.
“Harley, what the hell am I looking at?” Tony asked, quietly.
“You're in public comms, Stark.” Clint announced, “What do you see?”
“A kid.” Tony muttered. He stepped in and the kid twitched awake. His eyes were wide, staring at Tony, but not scared. He just sat, twitching like a kicked dog.

And then they go to a New Years Eve Party hosted by Tony Stark, get completely wasted, and suddenly this does not seem to be nearly as much of a problem as Peter originally thought. Because Peter always makes the best decisions while drunk, don't you know? Especially when his decision involves getting into Deadpool's pants.

“What the hell, Rogers?” Tony cuts in, panicked. Steve cringes, and a small, teary voice pops up behind him.
"That's a bad word."
OR:
Peter gets de-aged by a magical witch and is now nine (and a half). The witch has, theoretically, sent Peter back to the age of "one of his worst traumas", but Peter is refusing to tell anyone about said trauma.Series

Peter’s not trying to make a truth serum, but, that is what he’s effectively made, apparently.
He just wanted stronger webs! That’s it! And now Tony knows that Peter actually prefers Steve’s cooking over his own, and is vehemently offended by the fact.
“You said you liked the casserole!” Tony exclaims, throwing his hands in the air. Peter groans, putting his head in his hands and trying to bite his tongue, but the words fall out anyways:
“I lied, okay? Steve is good at improvising with your random, bougie ingredients, you’re not!”
