Summary
this is a series of unrelated stories about ideas i have for things that could be or i'd like to be about the relationship between hobbits and dwarves.
none of the stories are necessarily related to each other except for some headcanons you may see come up here and there again and again.
i'm not sure what i'm doing here, in all honesty, so if you see any missing tags or something, let me know. i'm mostly not gonna be touching on the one ring and other more complex lore, i apologize for that in advance.
i will not be expanding on any of the one shots, as they are one shots, but if you have specific questions about anything, let me know, i'd be so happy to talk to you about my headcanons!- Words:

Summary
Peter Parker thought the weirdest thing to come out of his spider bite would be the change in his wardrobe. Little did he know, the spider bite—and the radiation from it—would wreak havoc on his unnatural hormones, too.

Summary
Pepper's parents have never been all that impressed with Tony. Certainly not with the way he throws money around anyway. The penthouse is stocked with food for a full week with them, but he knows they'll make snide remarks about how 'nice' it must be to be able to afford to eat out all the time, and to buy pre-made baked goods. It drives him insane, and also drives home the point that they don't think he's good enough for their daughter… as if he hasn't always felt that way all on his own. So Tony decides to bake cookies from scratch, just to show them that he can. Except, he burns them. Happy is out of town, and he has nowhere else to go, so he shows up at the Parker's apartment, where May laughs and tells him that she can't cook either.
OR
Peter and Tony figure things out together. Then Peter keeps calling all week needing help. Peter feels bad about intruding on their family time, but Tony makes it clear to him that he's Tony's number one priority. They're both having a terrible week, but they're there for each other every step of the way.

Summary
Peter's night was one of the strangest of his life.
It started with him helping an old lady carry her groceries, which somehow got him stabbed. After a scuffle with his abusive foster dad while trying to not bleed to death, Peter ended up on Tony Stark's doorstep, hoping the Avengers could help him maybe not die.
All he needed was a little medical attention. He hadn't expected Tony to say "Can I adopt you?"
