“You have such tiny hands, Yongbok-ah,” Hyunjin says and the low quality of his voice feels like a caress across the apple of Felix’s cheek. “So cute,” he adds, the words so soft, like the feathered edge of a bird’s wing. There’s something teasing, too, in the way that Hyunjin’s mouth forms around the words, rounding perfectly, then pulling into a mischievous smile. Felix realises that he’s staring, then, belatedly, that Hyunjin is moving closer because his vision starts to swim. He blinks it away and feels Hyunjin’s warm breath caressing his cheek, bringing with it shivers that are hot and cold as they travel across his skin. Then, that red mouth parts, audible, wet, and there’s an exhale against the shell of his ear. Almost like Hyunjin is about to kiss him.
One cold evening, after a New Year's party, Hyunjin drives Felix home. Then he kisses him, puts a hand down his pants, and leaves Felix to live with the repercussions of their forever altered relationship.

Felix freezes. He hasn’t given someone his real name in years, and he’s a little shocked it just slipped out. He lets out a breath, hesitates for a split second, and then very deliberately does not take it back.
Instead, he lets his head roll to his left and opens his eyes to look at the person next to him. The omega has uncurled from his tight ball of terror and is looking back at Felix with pretty chocolate brown eyes. He’s about Felix’s age, he can tell, and he’s honestly very cute. “Hi,” Felix says. “Nice to meet you.”
The omega takes in a shaky breath. “I’m Jeongin,” he offers, and bursts into tears.

Tears streamed down his face, crumpling with a horrible thud as his knees hit the ground, jolting Minho to attention.
“Jisungie,” His voice cracked as he pulled him up into his arms. “Stop. Stop fightin–”
“Then why do you want to hurt me?” Jisung shrieked, grabbing the front of Minho’s shirt, tears flowing. “Why do you want to kill me, hyung? Why? Why? Why?” Jisung’s fists pounded Minho’s chest, his body thrashing and shaking wildly against his sturdy grip. “What did I do to deserve this? Tell me, hyung. Tell me!”
