Summary
Harry Potter has cultivated a beautiful life for himself in the queerest corners of New York. The bar he owns and operates has become a haven for those in his community, a place he and people like him can come to feel safe being themselves during a time when being gay meant being ostracized. He's happy, albeit lonely-- until he meets a firecracker of a man by the name of Draco Malfoy. He's everything Harry's ever wanted, everything he'd never known he could have, and it's bliss... but Harry can't shake the fear he's been living with ever since he saw that first snippet in the paper. Gay cancer, they were calling it, this illness that seemed to be spreading quickly throughout the gay community, while the rest of the world seemed content to ignore it.

Summary
Draco Malfoy is a hermit who paints magical portraits of the deceased. When he finds out Harry Potter has died in a freak broom accident, he is forced to confront the ugly truth he's hidden from himself (and everyone else) his whole life, as well as a gorgeous portrait with green eyes, who, frankly, should shut the fuck up and mind its own business, thank you very much.

Summary
Harry Potter is dead and Voldemort has won-- at least that's what everyone's been told to believe. The world is at war, Hogwarts is more dangerous than ever, and Draco Malfoy finds himself part of a group of rebels, hell-bent on fighting back against the system of oppression now in place. Their numbers are small and hope is difficult to hold onto, but Draco is willing to risk his entire life in order to change the world for the better.
