The light probably would have lost if not for them. Harry caught his eye and smiled. Draco returned the gesture with a nod of his head. As he turned to walk back to his mother a blur of red crashed in to him. It was Ron with Draco's wand in hand pointed at Harry. Next to him stood a smirking Hermione and before he could say a word, a flash of green hit him.

Summary
Myrtle Warren was truly an unfortunate character, caught in the wrong place, in the wrong time. Staring at those bulbous yellow eyes that bridge the gap between life and death. Still after her sudden demise, she made for some interesting comic relief in the books. Watching boys bathe, giggling and flirting like a mindless fool.
I didn't particularly like or dislike her until I became her. I'm Myrtle. The girl who is destined to die. Unless I can do something about it.
