Summary
At eighteen, Satoru Gojo makes a reckless decision that changes the course of his life: he adopts three-year-old Megumi Fushiguro, a boy who has already learned not to trust promises. What follows is years of quiet devotion, burnt dinners, late-night homework sessions, and the slow construction of a family built on staying. As Satoru's academic career takes him to the stars, Megumi becomes the gravity that keeps him grounded—and eventually, Suguru Geto finds himself drawn into their orbit too. Some forces are invisible until you get close enough to feel them; after that, there's no escaping.

"Bilbo never bothers denying that he is a slight, little bit, probably infatuated with Thorin. It’s not something that bothers him. Really. He’s pretty sure that everyone very likely has a little flutter in their chest for the dwarf. He’s something grand and unattainable.
And it’s really much safer if it stays that way."

Summary
Peter’s field trip to Stark Industries is already going badly, considering he’s got three bruised ribs and somehow managed to put his shirt on inside out.
All he has to do is get through the day without blowing his cover, accidentally breaking anything expensive, or attracting the attention of the one person who is supposed to be safely in Switzerland.
Then an experimental prototype nearly flattens him.
And Tony Stark shows up.

Summary
From awkward teen years to growing up way too fast, Satoru and Suguru’s bond only gets stronger… and more complicated.
Disclaimer: This fic is tagged with some sexual content for completeness, but those elements are minimal and not the focus of the story. The core of the fic is a slow, character-driven slice of life following Satoru and Suguru through the making of their bond, and its eventual collapse.

John had been drilling exorcisms and protections and spells into Dean’s head since he was a tyke. Dean, in turn, had been tasked with teaching them to Sam. Dean had been young enough for the language to really stick, and he was fluent. But for Sam? Latin was practically a second language.
OR
Sam and Dean never really talk about anything. And when they do, it's in a dead language.

Shane's biggest nightmare came true in a way that he could never predict. After losing his phone, his messages with Ilya became public. Everyone would find out he is gay, that he's dating his enemy. But it wasn't his messages with Ilya that became public, it was with Lily. And no one was talking about Shane being gay. They're talking about how misogynistic he is.
Edit: Now with new formating!

Summary
Uploaded to one of the biggest sports broadcasts in the entire industry, the Metro's are blindsided when texts between Shane and Rozanov are leaked one afternoon. They're even more surprised to find how many they have, how far back they span, and just how intimate they are.
---
“You know what I’m thinking about?” JJ asked with no specific person in mind.
“Please don’t say Ilya’s thighs,” Hayden pleaded, pinching the bridge of his nose.
“First of all, ew, no,” he replied instantly. “Second of all, don’t call him Ilya, it’s weird.”
“It’s his name!” Hayden retorted, defensively. “We should get used to using it considering he and Shane are…you know.”
Sleeping together sounded crass, but dating seemed too romantic, too. Not that there hadn’t been some pretty romantic texts to sort through. He couldn’t really figure out what the word that felt best was, or if there even was one.

“I do not want to make you uncomfortable. With how I talk about us. To others. Like . . . reporters. Or how I treat you in front of others, like the guys on the team.”
Something like understanding settled on Shane’s face now, and it immediately made Ilya’s heart stop racing. “You think I don’t like PDA.”
“First time I held your hand in public I thought you were going to have a panic attack,” Ilya admitted.
--
Or: Shane's first season on the Ottawa Centaurs, as told through five times Ilya initiated PDA (and one time Shane did).
